Evidence grading system

Evidence grades are assigned using a GRADE-inspired framework, considering study design, sample size, reproducibility, and regulatory approval status.

★★★★★ Highest
Multiple RCTs, meta‑analyses, FDA/EMA approval or extensive clinical data.
Sermorelin, PT‑141, NAD+, Thymosin α1, Retatrutide, L‑Carnitine
★★★★ Strong
Single RCTs, phase II trials, regional approvals or strong preclinical data plus limited human data.
CJC‑1295, Ipamorelin, SS‑31, GHK‑Cu, Semax, Selank, VIP, Kisspeptin
★★★ Moderate
Mostly preclinical data (animal/cell), small human case series or narrative reviews.
BPC‑157, TB‑500, DSIP, Epithalon, KPV, 5‑Amino‑1MQ, Melanotan II

Methodology

Evidence ratings are based on structured searches in PubMed, Google Scholar and ClinicalTrials.gov. Each compound is assessed using GRADE‑inspired criteria, considering study design, sample size, reproducibility and regulatory status.

Primary sources include peer‑reviewed publications from JCEM, Nature Medicine, IJMS, Frontiers in Immunology, JAAOS and other specialist journals. We distinguish between human trials (RCTs, phase studies), systematic reviews/meta‑analyses and preclinical data (animal/cell studies).
